This cow's milk cheese, with a crumbly paste enriched with truffle's flakes, concretely recalls the spirit of this magical place. This is why Beppino Occelli called it Crutin, and we recommend it to be paired with noble Piedmontese wines such as Barbaresco and Barolo. In the kitchen, Crutin is the main ingredient for sumptuous fillings or in the seasoning of pasta and gnocchi in white.
