  • 16 Ready-made Empty Bignè
  • 200 g of Robiola Occelli ®
  • 1 Egg
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
Preparation

Here are some delicious cream puffs to fill with Robiola Occelli®, a nice and tasty appetizer, also perfect for an aperitif with friends!

Procedure

Using a fork, lightly beat an egg in a bowl, then add the Robiola Occelli ® : carefully work the two ingredients together to obtain a well-blended mixture. Season with a little salt and pepper to taste.

Now move on to the cream puffs. Using a sharp knife, make a small cut in each cream puff, so as to create a small opening. Using a pastry bag, fill them with the Robiola Occelli ® cream.

Line up the cream puffs on a baking tray lined with non-stick paper and bake for about ten minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C. Enjoy them piping hot!

Ready-made cream puffs are easily found in many supermarkets (alternatively, you can also buy them in pastry shops).

If you like, enrich your cream puffs by adding another ingredient of your choice to the Robiola Occelli ® cream: for example, diced bacon/ham, diced courgettes previously sautéed in a pan, or salmon.
