Shipping & Returns

We will prepare your order from Monday to Friday . Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders received before 12.00 will be shipped the same day, excluding Fridays.

Due to the high number of orders and logistical difficulties encountered by couriers during certain periods of the year, processing may take up to 72 hours.

Shipping is via refrigerated courier at controlled temperature, directly to your home. Delivery times vary from 1 to 6 working days.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination region and will be displayed at checkout.

You can collect your package directly from our office without any additional cost.
