Our cheeses and butter should be stored in the refrigerator at the correct temperature:
• Cheeses: between +6°C and +8°C
• Butter: between +2°C and +4°C
Once removed from the original packaging, avoid leaving them unprotected. Use specific cheese paper or cling film for mature and semi-mature cheeses, while fresh cheeses are best preserved in their original paper.
The shelf life is indicated on the label of each product. To maintain the highest quality, follow the recommended storage instructions.
Our products are ideally packaged to preserve their freshness during transport and throughout their shelf life.

Our cheeses and butter contain lactose, being milk derivatives.
