Ingredients
  • 20 prawns
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Parsley to taste
  • 1 small glass of brandy
  • Occelli® butter to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Green peppercorns to taste
Preparation

Prawns are always a favorite dish among fish lovers: here's how to make them even softer and tastier by preparing them with Occelli® butter. Try this simple recipe for a dinner with friends: with little effort you'll make a great impression!

Procedure

First, rinse the prawns well and drain them in a colander.

Prepare the dressing by chopping the garlic cloves together with the parsley: add the brandy, extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and a few green peppercorns to taste to the chopped mixture. Mix everything well.

Now, lightly butter a baking dish and transfer the prawns into it. Season them with the emulsion you just prepared, then sprinkle them generously with flakes of Occelli® butter. Finally, cook the prawns in a preheated oven at 180°C, for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately, piping hot!

Instead of brandy you can use white wine or whiskey. Serve the prawns with a nice side dish of fresh vegetables.
