  • 400g of tagliatelle
  • 100 g Crutin Occelli®
  • 40 g Occelli® butter
  • 10 g Occelli® Truffle Butter
  • Salt to taste
Preparation

For a quick dish to prepare, but for true gourmets, tagliatelle with black truffle are the ideal solution: here's how to make them even more exquisite by enhancing the taste of truffle with butter and Crutin Occelli®!

Procedure

Put the water on the stove to cook the pasta. When it comes to a boil, add salt and cook the tagliatelle.

Just before they are ready, melt the Occelli® butter in a pan. Drain the tagliatelle while still al dente and transfer them to the pan with the butter; if necessary, add a little of the pasta cooking water to bind them better.

Finally, add the Occelli® Truffle butter , a generous sprinkling of grated Crutin Occelli® and mix well. Serve the tagliatelle piping hot!
