Made from cow and sheep milk, Occelli® with Black Pepper and Pink Berries matures for several months on wooden boards in Valcasotto, acquiring a unique and refined character. The addition of black pepper and pink berries gives the cheese a perfect balance between spicy and aromatic notes, enhancing its strong and enveloping flavor.
