COW'S VERZIN

The name Verzin ®, an exclusive brand of Beppino Occelli, originates from the famous Frabosa marble, called verzino (greenish), which with its veins seems to be the exact copy of a slice of our cheese. Verzin ® Beppino Occelli recalls the noble art of making blue cheeses from cow, sheep and goat, veined in the paste by mold. Creamy and spreadable with a decidedly tasty flavor, it can be accompanied with great wines from Langa; but also with a good passito.
