- 12 artichokes
- 1 lemon
- 300 g of Occelli® cow Losa
- 80 g of grated cheese
- 80 g of breadcrumbs
- Fresh parsley to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Preparation
Baked artichokes are a very tasty side dish, but also simple and quite quick to prepare. Just a few healthy ingredients (parsley, breadcrumbs, grated cheese) are enough to flavor the artichokes and make them truly exquisite.
In this recipe the added value is given by the Losa di vacca Occelli®, which with its soft and special taste further enriches an already excellent dish!
Procedure
Start the preparation by cleaning the artichokes: remove the hard outer leaves and the “beard” inside. As you clean them, soak them in a bowl full of water in which you have first squeezed a little lemon juice.
Once all the artichokes are cleaned, boil them for about 6-7 minutes in salted water. Drain them and set them aside.
Prepare the gratin mixture by cutting the Losa Occelli® into small pieces and adding grated cheese, breadcrumbs, a little finely chopped fresh parsley and a pinch of pepper to taste. Mix everything well.
Now lightly oil a baking dish: arrange the artichokes in it and cover them with the mixture you just prepared.
Drizzle them with extra virgin olive oil and bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about ten minutes (maximum a quarter of an hour), so as to brown them well on the surface. Serve them hot or warm.
