500g of tagliatelle
120 g of black truffle
80 g Occelli truffle butter®
Crutin Occelli® to taste
Salt to taste
Preparation
For a quick dish to prepare, but for true gourmets, tagliatelle with black truffle are the ideal solution: here's how to make them even more exquisite by enhancing the taste of truffle with butter and Crutin® Occelli!
Procedure
After having carefully cleaned the truffle, cut it into thin slices (possibly using the appropriate truffle cutter).
Put the water on the stove to cook the pasta. When it comes to a boil, add salt and cook the tagliatelle.
Just before they are ready, melt the Occelli® butter in a large pan. Drain the tagliatelle while still al dente and transfer them to the pan with the butter; add the truffle slices and quickly sauté everything, adding a little pasta cooking water if necessary to bind better.
Finally, add a generous sprinkling of grated Crutin Occelli® and mix well. Serve the tagliatelle piping hot!
