Red Shrimp needs no introduction: its guides have always been a guarantee of quality. For years it has also published a popular monthly magazine to tell the best of the taste and lifestyles of the protagonists of the world of wine and food.
In the June issue , which is currently on newsstands, the "Rankings" column examined 24 top products in Europe as regards niche butter, in gourmet shops and for large-scale distribution .
The Gambero Rosso tasting group, led by Mara Nocilla – journalist and master taster of the National Organization of Cheese Tasters – was involved in a series of blind tests (tasting of unlabeled products so as not to be influenced by the brand).
The result? Our Alpine star butter was among the best in niche butters, while the one with a cow's cast was elected among the best in the large-scale retail trade.
