  • 100 g of Tuma del Trifulau Occelli®
  • 2 eggs (1 whole + 1 yolk)
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 1 roll of shortcrust pastry
  • Occelli® butter to taste for greasing the moulds
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
Preparation

The mini quiches with Tuma del Trifulau Occelli® are a small delight perfect to serve as an appetizer or for a buffet (just cut them into slices or cubes).

To enhance all the truffle flavour of Tuma del Trifulau Occelli® we offer you a very simple recipe, with few ingredients for the filling: however, quiches can be prepared in many ways, so if you wish you can combine the Tuma with other ingredients of your choice, such as diced ham or vegetables.

Procedure

Dice the Tuma del Trifulau Occelli®. In a bowl, beat the whole egg with the yolk: then add the cream and the Tuma cubes. Add salt, pepper and mix everything well.

Butter the individual quiche molds. Unroll the pastry disc on the work surface and use it to line the freshly buttered paper cups.

Spread the creamy cheese filling inside each mold.

Now all you have to do is bake the mini quiches in a preheated oven at 180°C, for about 20 minutes. Before serving, let them cool.
