Ingredients
- 50 g Occelli® butter
- 2 eggs
- 160 ml of milk
- 200 g of 00 soft wheat flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder for savory cakes
- 40 g Cusiè ® sheep and cow
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 100 g of Occelli® hay and beer
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Delicate, but tasty and very nice to present, the muffins with cherry tomatoes and Occelli® hay and beer are ideal as an appetizer or finger food for a buffet. And if you want, also as a second course, accompanied by a side of potatoes or vegetables.
Procedure
First, melt the Occelli® butter in a saucepan.
After beating the eggs and milk in a bowl, add the melted butter to the mixture and mix everything well.
Now combine the dry ingredients: first - a little at a time and mixing well - the flour, then the yeast, the Cusiè ® and a little salt.
Dice both the cherry tomatoes and the Occelli® hay and beer and add them to the mixture, stirring so that they are evenly distributed.
Place paper liners inside muffin tins and divide the mixture among them.
Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180°C for about twenty minutes (do the classic toothpick test to check if they are cooked). Enjoy them hot or warm!
