Ingredients
- 220 g of 00 flour
- 35 g of tomato paste
- 40 g Occelli® with Barolo
- oregano to taste
- extra virgin olive oil
- grilled peppers a few slices (skin removed)
- baking powder for savory pies
- 2 large eggs
- 10 g salt
Preparation
Chop the cheese coarsely. Set aside. Beat the eggs with the salt, oregano, and tomato paste in a bowl.
Procedure
Add the sifted flour together with the yeast for savory cakes. Mix everything very well. Pour in the oil and cheese. Continue stirring for a few seconds. Prepare very small paper cups (for chocolates) by placing them on a baking tray. Pour a generous teaspoon of mixture into each paper cup. Decorate the surface with pieces of grilled pepper (optional), more oregano or olives. Cook the muffins briefly (about 5 minutes at ) 180 °C. Remove them from the oven as soon as they are nice and puffy and golden.
